01 — ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using this site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
02 — ACCOUNTS AND ORDERS
You agree to provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information for every order. We may refuse or cancel an order when information is incomplete, suspicious, or violates these terms. Order acceptance happens when we ship the package, not when the order is placed or the payment is authorised.

If you submit reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant WearProx a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and product improvement. You confirm that you own the content or have permission to share it, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
09 — SMART GLASSES AND RECORDING
WearProx smart glasses include a camera and microphone. You are solely responsible for complying with local laws regarding audio and video recording. Always obtain permission before recording others where required. WearProx is not liable for misuse of the recording function by the user.
10 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WearProx and Shenzhen Xin Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold WearProx harmless from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your misuse of our products, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
