If it isn't right, send it back. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — no stories, no friction.

### 01 — ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- All accessories, cables and packaging are included
- The return is requested within 30 days of delivery
Items returned used, damaged through customer handling, or missing parts may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

### 02 — NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Products with scratched or worn lenses
- Items missing serial numbers
- Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked at purchase)

### 03 — HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email **wulihong@szsjchlwlyxgs.wecom.work** with your order number and the reason for return
2. We reply within 24 hours with a return address and instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original box
4. Ship it using a tracked service — keep your tracking number

### 04 — RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we cover return shipping.
If the return is a change of mind, return shipping is at your cost. We recommend a tracked service — we are not responsible for parcels that go missing on the way back to us.

### 05 — REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll email you to confirm. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

### 06 — EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the product you want. This avoids waiting on stock changes.

### 07 — DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL
If your parcel arrives damaged or the product is defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

### 08 — WARRANTY RETURNS
