We want you to love your WearProx Vision. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
30-Day Free Returns
Return or exchange your smart glasses within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping is free.
Return Eligibility
- Item must be in original condition with all accessories included
- Original packaging must be intact
- Item must not show signs of excessive wear or damage
- Proof of purchase (order number) required
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@wearprox.com with subject "Return Request"
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a prepaid return label
- Package your item securely in the original box
- Drop off the package at any carrier location
- Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item
Refund Timeline
- Refund processed within 3-5 business days of receiving return
- Funds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (but return shipping is free)
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different lens type (Photochromic ↔ Polarized)? Follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired variant. We'll process your refund as soon as we receive the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@wearprox.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
